with report and product recommendations
Single Session Fee (up to one hour): $180
for consultations, Physical Therapy and wellness visits, fall prevention, etc.
Public Speaking: negotiable
Charge for cancellation within 24 hours: $50
Payment is appreciated at the time services are rendered.
While we do not participate in any health insurance plans at present, we can provide a detailed receipt upon request that you may be able to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement under out-of-network benefits.
In addition, our services may also qualify as HSA eligible expenses.
